Like the description says, your thoughts on the PSP game?

Based on my own experience when I first saw it:
"Oh my god, it's monster hunter in a cool anime version."

And when I played it on my PSP for a couple of hours...I was stuck to it like glue on a brick.

Overall, I found some of the game features to be a tad bit...annoying.

You couldn't give your teammates better equipment. A major problem because when you were out on a mission with Kota, Sakuya or Alisa (or any other person really) you'd be the only one dealing the heavy damage which put all the pressure on you to upgrade YOUR weapons to kick some ass.

Salvaging Materials
Seriously? about only 4-5 areas per mission to where you can find items around the field. This made the game Tedious as to trying to find items to upgrade your equipment. Plowing through a map 5-6 times is just godawful to find 1-2 of the mats you need.

Oh I've played Crisis Core, and I loved it.

And I'm at difficulty 8 now and I was just complaining a bit about in the past farming for items and such. >.> <.<

And GameFaqs has helped me a pocketful of times.

God Eater sounds... nice, I suppose.
I've never heard of the game though.

It's a game I might buy at some point, it looks interesting. Unfortunately, because of my location, there are no shops that sell it near by. (Or any games other that Call of Duty)

You could order it online...or do a bit of modding to your psp.
