In Talariel there are seven nations, each has their own strengths and weaknesses over other nations, here's a list:
Calash: They are good with strategy, but are physically weak compared to others. They are also pretty jealous of others because of their weakness.
Za'tur: They have an amazing healing abilities, but low fighting capabilities, therefore they are afraid of other nations except the Shar'es, which are their allies, and they try to help them find a cure for their illness.
Sha'res: Unnaturally disciplined and smart, but around eighty-five percent of them are blind, and those who aren't must help those who are.
They are allies of the Za'tur, and friendly towards other nations.
Sabar: Very well established and organized, in a terrifying kind of way, although, their pride will be their downfall. They are aggressive towards all, except the Ganabelles, which they are hostile towards them, and the Khakdians, which are their allies.
Ganabelles: These guys have two kinds of strengths because they are separated, an earthquake has divided their continent to two, and on one side they have quick wits and on the other fast reflexes. They are hostile towards Sabars, and neutrals towards others.
Khakdian: Their power allows them to create the strongest weapons in the world, but their numbers are few, because of a virus that only affects Khakdians and only 20% of their newborn survive it. They are neutrals towards the world, and allies of the Sabars.
Helkes: They can settle and survive in the most extreme places, but like the Khakdians, they too have an illness, but that one makes them die young, around the age of 50-60, they are angry on the world, because they just waste their time and don't truly live life.
Thousand years ago, there were seven brothers who fought between themselves, until their father cursed and blessed each one of them. Afterwards each one of them went his own path.
Eighty years prior the events, there was a huge war between the nations, on control and each of them suffered great losses. It has been decided after that great war that each nation will live within their borders and they will create a Council of Elders to lead the nation. But with time the elders grew greedy and corrupt.
The story takes place a couple of days before the treaty between the Sabars and Khakdians.
About the characters, I still don't know, except the main character will be a male and he will be born to a father of one nation and a mother of another nation, and instead of getting both their strengths he only gets both of the weaknesses, he will fall in love with a blind Sha'res female and will be her eyes while she is his right-arm.
So... what do you think? Anything I should add or change?
