Subject: What music gives you inspiration? Wed Nov 16, 2011 10:50 am
When I want to work, but don't feel like it, I usually listen to Dragonland, they are a Swedish Melodic Power Metal band. They have songs that are like stories, and their music is awesome, soon they will release their new album, but until then I'm looking for new inspiration, any suggestions?

The entirety of the Nightwish Album, because the music is fantasy or based on mythological stories. They're Symphonic metal so you might like them.
Another would be Yuki Kajura, specifically the Kara no Kyoukai OST. each track is listed as [M1, M2, M3, etc] I recommend trying M17 + M18 for specifics.
Anything by Nihon Falcom JDK.
Lastly, going to throw Two Steps from Hell out there, as overused as their music is; it's pretty damned powerful.

It's not the music that gives me inspiration. it's all about people releasing their games, or watching gameplay videos. When people release there games, that gives me the motivation to complete my game too. When I watch gameplay videos, that gives me the inspiration to create maps in my game and making progress.

I think it's called "Kushi's Ride" from Okami. IT'S SO AMAZING.
